Diet and Nutrition
There are so many diets out there claiming to help you reach your ideal weight or give your body a total detox, it’s hard to know which ones you can rely on and those that actually work.
We don’t believe in fad diets or quick fixes. We will never tell you not to eat something you love. We believe in everything in moderation.
In addition to a personal training programme, or as a stand-alone package, we will provide you with a bespoke food plan, with healthy and varied menu options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We will provide you with the means to keep a food diary, so we can learn about your eating habits and prepare a food plan especially for you.
It’s important to have a balanced diet, especially when leading a more active lifestyle. However, it’s just as important that you don’t feel you are depriving yourself of things you want. The plan we give you will take into account the things you love and act as a guide to help you reach your goal, whether it be a total detox, fat loss, or to build muscle.
